目的探讨农村地区高血压疾病综合防治策略。方法根据《浙江省高血压社区综合防治工作规范(试行)》规定,由责任医生进行规范化管理。下基层宣传健康教育,低成本用药干预并定期回访。结果我乡的高血压防治工作取得了比较满意的成绩。结论提高农村地区人群的自我保健意识及卫生知识水平,并实施有效的低成本药物干预治疗,可有效降低高血压病的发病率、致残及致死率。

Objective To explore the integrated disease prevention and control strategies of hypertension in rural areas. Methods according to the＂ community comprehensive prevention and treatment of hypertension in Zhejiang province standard （TriM）＂ provi- sions, from responsibility of physicians to carry out standardization management. The grassroots campaigns of health education, low cost of drug intervention and regularly visit. Results The prevention and treatment of hypertension in rural job obtained satisfactory results. Conclusion improving rural population self health care consciousness and health knowledge level, and implementation of effective interventions in the treatment of low cost, can effectively reduce the incidence of hypertensive disease, disability and death rate.
