摘要
目的探讨心理护理对青少年口腔正畸治疗的临床意义。方法选取口腔正畸青少年患者150例,随机分为有可比性的两组,其中对照组60例,给予常规护理;观察组90例,在常规护理基础上给予心理护理。对两组患者配合程度、治疗效果以及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组患者与对照组相比配合治疗更加积极,治疗效果更好,复发率则较低,而护理满意度则较高,两组患者比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施口腔正畸治疗的青少年患者实施心理护理可以有效提高患者的配合度、疗效以及患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of psychological care for orthodontic in adolescent. Methods young 150 patients of adolescent with orthodontic were randomly divided into observation group （n = 90） and control group （n = 60）. The pa- tients in the control group received routine care; while the patients in the observation group were given psychological care based on the routine care. Level of cooperation, clinical effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had more positive attitude, better effect, lower rate of recurrence, and higher nursing satisfaction, with significant differenees （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological care can improve the level of cooperation, efficacy and patient satisfaction for orthodontic in adolescent patients.
