六味地黄汤和四物汤中诸元素的含量及煎出率

Contents and Solubilities of Several Elements in Siwu Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction

研究了六味地黄汤中和四物汤中各单味药的铜、锌、铁、钙、镁等元素的含量及煎出率,并与复方煎出率作了比较。实验结果表明,不同生药中诸元素的煎出率有很大差异,各生药中元素含量与煎剂中的含量不一定成正比。

In this paper the contents and solubilities of copper, zine, iron, cilcium and magnesium in Siwu decoction and Linwei Dihuang Decoction were studied. The results showed that there was a big difference in the solubilities of the elements among the crude drugs. and the increased solubilities of some elements in the simple recipe and compound prescription were an important factor for the effect of these decoctions. The increased solubilities of some elements might be one of the advantages for the compound prescription.
