社区人性化护理在糖尿病患者中的应用体会

目的探讨社区人性化护理干预对糖尿病患者治疗的影响。方法选择2009年6月～2010年1月内的72例糖尿病患者,分成2组:对照组36例:在这段时间内实施常规护理;社区护理组36例:实施社区人性化护理,在治疗后6周和10周进行血糖水平检测。结果 2组患者在接受护理治疗后,空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖比之前都有了明显下降且比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),社区人性化护理组比对照组下降更明显且比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论进行社区护理干涉能提高糖尿病患者治疗的疗效。

Objective To explore the effects and outcome of community nursing on the patients with hypertension and dia- betes. Methods seventy-two patients with diabetes during June 2009 to January 2010 were divided randoally into 2 groups：the conventional treatment group （n=36） and the nursing group （n=36）.The patients in the conventional treatment group received routine anti-diabetes medication,the patients in the nursing group received community nursing. Results After 6 weeks and 10 weeks,the blood sugar of all patients reduced remarkably and the community nursing group had a better control and there were statistically signigieant differences between the the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Com- munity nursing is a goog method for the treatment of the patients with diabetes.
