大分子键合型手性固定相的研究进展 被引量:5

Progress in Immobilized Macromolecular Chiral Stationary Phases

摘要 高效液相色谱(HPLC)被广泛认为是分离制备光学纯单一对映体最有效的方法。在高效液相色谱手性拆分中,手性固定相的性能直接影响到色谱柱的手性分离能力。在众多手性固定相中,键合型手性固定相具有溶剂耐受性好,分离模式灵活等优点,是很重要的一大类手性固定相。本文主要针对大分子键合型手性固定相,包括多糖衍生物键合型手性固定相、蛋白质键合型手性固定相以及合成高分子键合型手性固定相,就其柱负载、溶剂耐受性、分离效果等方面,综述了大分子键合型手性固定相的研究进展。 High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is widely considered as the most effective way for the synthesis and separation of optically pure enantiomers. The properties of chiral stationary phase (CSP) directly affect the chiral separation ability of a column in chiral resolution by high performance liquid chromatography. Among all the chiral stationary phases,the immobilized chiral stationary phases,which are becoming one of the most important kinds of CSPs,have the advantages of good solvent durability and enormous method flexibility. This review mainly focus on macromolecule immobilized CSPs,including polysaccharide derivatives immobilized CSPs, protein immobilized CSPs and synthetic polymer immobilized CSPs. The progress in immobilized macromolecular CSPs,especially for their loading capacity, solvent durability and resolution effects, is reviewed.
