摘要
目的:针对2010年版中国药典标准中样品消解时间长,效率低等问题,改进明胶空心胶囊中铬元素的检测方法。方法:采用预消解-微波消解制备样品溶液;石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:铬浓度在0~80 ng.mL-1之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9990;平均加标回收率为102.0%,RSD为2.4%。结论:本改进方法具有快速、准确、重现性好、操作简单及环境污染小等优点,适用于明胶空心胶囊铬元素的定量检测。
Objective:To improve the compendium method for determinotion of chromium in vacant gelatin capsules with respect to the time-comsuming digestiontione and low efficiency in the specification of ChP 2010.Methods:Pre-digestion-microwave digestion for preparation of sample solution and determining by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results:The linearity of the method ranged from 0 to 80 ng·mL-1 and correlation coefficient r=0.9990;the average recovery was 102.0% with RSD of 2.4%.Conclusions:The improved method is simple,rapid,accurate with good reproducibility and less pollution and other advantages,and applicable to vacant gelatin capsules chromium element quantitative detection.
