新中国成立以来河南新石器时代考古发现与研究

Neolithic Archaeological Discoveries and Studies in Henan since the Founding of New China

本文简要回顾了新中国成立60多年来河南新石器时代文化遗存的主要调查、发掘工作,对新石器时代早期的李家沟文化、中期的裴李岗文化和晚期的仰韶文化、大汶口文化、屈家岭文化等的主要考古发现和基本研究历程、重要研究成果进行了概述,有些方面还略作评议。在总结以往发现与研究取得的巨大成就的同时,指出今后既要继续重视基础性的文化研究,又要更加广泛深入地运用聚落考古等方法,加强对古代社会多方面、多角度的研究,以期河南新石器时代考古获得新的更大的发展。

The present paper makes a brief review of the major surveys and excavations of Neolithic remains in Henan in the past over sixty years since the founding of New China and provides a summary of the main archaeological discoveries, the basic research proces- ses and important study achievements of the early Neolithic Lijiagou Culture, the middle Neolithic Peiligang Culture and the late Neo- lithic Yangshao Culture, Dawenkou Culture and Qujialing Culture, and offers some comments on archaeology of Neolithic Henan. In addition to summing up the great accomplishments obtained in the past discovery and study, the author points out that in the future, we should continue to pay our attention to the basic research on archaeological cultures and at the same time should strengthen exten- sive and deep-going study by means of settlement archaeology and scientific and technical methods, as well as multy-aspect and multi- angle research on ancient society, so as to gain new, still greater development of the Neolithic archaeology in Henan.
