摘要
提出一种改进型ZVZCS全桥变换器,它采用了无损耗元件及有源开关的简单辅助电路,具有副边整流二极管的电压应力和传统的硬开关电路一样小、轻载时箝位电容的充放电电流能根据负载情况自动调整、在很宽的负载范围内变换器都有高效率和反向恢复影响小等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。
An improved ZVZCS full bridge converter was introduced, which applied a simple auxiliary circuit with Iossy components and active switchings, and could keep the voltage stress of the secondary rectifier diode as small as that of hard-switching converter. The current to charge clamping capacitance was self-adjusted in accordance with the load at light condition, which guaranteed the high efficiency in a wide load range and low reverse recovery with wide application prospect.
