摘要
针对传统的LED灯整流电路的滤波电容使整流前端的交流输入电流波形变成尖脉冲,造成功率因数低、谐波成分增加等问题,提出了一种新型的AC LED变换器拓扑电路。分别对Buck PFC功率因素校正电路和LCC电路进行了详细的分析。分析了Buck PFC电路的工作原理、开关管工作频率和电容值的大小,同时理论和仿真分析了半桥电路的工作原理和参数值的选择。最后通过实验验证了该电路拓扑结构能提高功率因数。该电路拓扑结构能克服传统整流电路由于后端电容造成控制器使用寿命和谐波成分减小等问题。
The traditional LED lamp rectifier filter capacitor turns the front end rectifier AC input current waveform into a sharp pulse, which may result in the problems of low power factor, harmonics increase and so on. Based on the above masons, a new type of AC LED converter circuit topology was proposed in this paper. The correction circuits of Buck PFC power factor and LCC were analyzed in detail. The working principle of Buck PFC, the working frequency of switch, and the value of capacitance were analyzed. And meanwhile, the working principle of half-bridge circuit and the choice of parameter values were simulated and analyzed. The experiment verifies that the circuit topology can improve the power factor, and overcome the shortcomings of short life and harmonics reduction of controller caused by the back-end controller in the traditional rectifier ballast circuit capacitance.
