摘要
本次研究通过对272位患者的调查,了解患者不道德就医行为现象,运用因子分析发现患者不道德就医行为可分为六种类型:伤害医方的行为、获利行为、伤害其他患者及公众的行为、对他人无害的违规行为、认知偏差所致行为和讨好医方的行为。探讨医患关系质量的构成维度,并运用典型相关分析法探讨医患关系质量对患者不道德就医行为的影响。
In this research ,we investigate 272 patients about their hospitalization behaviors, and use factor analysis method to analyze those data. The result shows that patients＇ unethical hospitalization behaviors can be classified into 6 classes ： harmful behavior to hospital, improper profit behavior, harmful behavior to other people, breaking-rule behavior without harm to other, mis-conceiving behavior, and flattering behavior to hospital personnel. Then we discuss the structural dimensions of doctor-patient relationship quality, and apply canonical correlation analysis to explore the impact of the doctor-patient relationship quality on patients＇ unethical hospitalization behaviors.
