摘要
医事法与卫生法的概念争执是医药卫生法律领域的热点问题。通过探索医事法相关概念的来源,从医学与卫生的词义对比入手对医事法与卫生法进行概念的比较研究。总结出从医事法到卫生法的理性回归,是保障健康权益实现的内在要求和法律实务发展的历史趋势。
The dispute of concept between medical law and health law is a hot issue in the field of medicine and health legal system. By exploring the sources of related concepts of medical law, concepts of medical law and health law were comparatively studied in view of the meaning of words. Based on which ,it can be concluded that the rational return from medical law to health law is the intrinsic requirement of ensuring health rights and the historical trend to develop law practice.
