摘要
当前,医学院校的思想政治理论课教学面临着不少新问题,应努力调动思想政治理论课教师的主观能动性,充分发挥其在思想政治理论课中的主导作用,从疏通互动通道、共识互动内容、共建互动平台、寻求高层次心理互动四个方面入手,对医学院校思想政治理论课教师在教学中的主导作用进行再定位,不断推动师生良性互动,切实提高思想政治理论课教学的实效性。
At present,there are many new problems in teaching of Ideological and Political theory in medical colleges. So, teachers' subjective initiative should be mobilized to make them play leading role in teaching. And the leading role was relocated from four aspects as widening interactive channel, achiteving consensus of interactive contents, establishing interactive platform, and seeking comprehensive psychological interaction, which can promote the teacher-student interaction constantly and improve the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Teaching.
