广州市大学生乙肝知识认知与态度行为调查分析

Surveying the knowledge,attitude and behavior on hepatitis B of college students in Guangzhou

目的:了解广州市高校学生对乙肝知识的掌握以及行为态度的情况,对比医科院校与非医科院校学生的差异,为今后有针对性地开展乙肝防治宣传及其他传染病管理的工作提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷对广州市六所医科院校和非医科院校学生878人进行调查,采用SPSS13.0对结果进行统计分析。结果:医科院校与非医科院校学生在乙肝知识知晓率上差距较大,如对乙肝患者和乙肝携带者的区别以及乙肝的传染等相关问题,医科院校学生回答正确率明显高于非医科院校学生;在对待乙肝患者及病毒携带者的态度和行为上,医科院校学生保持一般的交往行为居多,非医科院校学生呈现关心和歧视的两极分化。结论:医科院校学生和非医科院校学生对乙肝的认识各有偏差,应有针对性且各有侧重地进行教育引导。

Objective To comparatively study the knowledge,attitude and behavior on hepatitis B of medical college students and other college students in Guangzhou, and provide references for effective publicity and management on hepatitis B and other infectious diseases. Methods 878 cases of college students from six medical colleges and non-medical colleges were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed by software of SPSS13.0. Results There had great differences of awareness of hepatitis B between medical college students and non＇medical college students, such as distinguishing the concept of patients and carriers. As to the behavior and attitude towards patients and carriers of hepatitis B, most medical college students were ready to keep general contact with them, but non-medical college students were diversified as two extreme of concern and discrimination. Conclusion There had deviation of awareness on hepatitis B in both medical college students and non-medical college students, who needs to be educated and directed.
