摘要 对传统的基于产品平台的设计方法进行了简要的分析,在其基础上提出了基于产品平台的机械产品模块化设计方法,建立了基于产品平台模块化设计方法的总体设计流程。根据物元模型的理论思想,建立了产品平台和模块的特征模型,并对特征模型的特征值进行归一化处理。利用可拓工程的特征识别方法,在现有存在平台中寻找最优平台。通过对比目标模块与现有模块之间相似度的差异及模块之间的匹配约束条件,在模块实例库中提取模块并进行修改至符合客户需求。最后,通过对加油车进行基于平台的模块化设计过程为例,验证了该设计方法的有效性和实用性。 The traditional design method based on product platform has been analyzed briefly. The modular design method of mechanical product based on product platform was proposed and its overall design process was established. Feature models of product platform and customized module were built based on theoretical thought of matter-element model, and values of feature models were normalized. Feature recognition method of extension engineering was used to find optimal platform in the existing platform. Custom- ized modules were extracted from modules ~ case base through com- pare similarity between target modules and existing models, and then they were modified to satisfy customer needs. Lastly, the mod- ule design process of refueller based on product platform was used to verify effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
