摘要 轮胎压力监测系统(Tire Pressure Monitoring System,TPMS)产品使用环境恶劣,对结构工艺设计要求很高。针对产品在市场推广过程中出现的问题,从发射天线结构设计及操作工艺、接收天线结构设计、发射模块三防工艺设计等方面进行了改进,提高了产品可靠性。 The service environment of TPMS product is se- vere, and it is very strict for structure and technology design of TPMS. Aiming at the problems from early market promotion, the article puts forwards three reasonable proposals such as structure design and operation technology of transmitting antenna, structure design of receiving antenna, three-proofing technology design of transmitter module. According to forenamed improvement, the reli- ability of product can be improved effectively.
