摘要
放射性膜体回收作业车是剥离型膜体大面积压制去污应用体系中的重要作业机械之一,其剥离机构及控制技术决定着放射性膜体废物的回收效果。为了解决膜体回收过程中剥离速度与车速不匹配、膜体易打滑及易断裂等难题,文中主要从粘结力测试、剥离机构设计及回收速率匹配控制等方面展开研究,旨在开发一个适应不同行驶速度和膜体条件的剥离机构。
The radioactive membrane recycling vehicle is one of the important operating machinery in large-scale peeled-up coat pressing and decontaminated technology application, stripping mechanism and control technique of the membrane recycling vehicle determines the recychng effect of radioactive membrane waste. In order to solve problems as matching between the stripping speed and vehicle speed, membrane slipping and fracturing during membrane recovery, the paper mainly studies in aspects as the binding power test, stripping mechanism design and recycling speed matching con- trol, aiming to develop a stripping institution which can adapt to different running speed and membrane conditions.
