基于快速平方根运算的偏移组合平方运算方法

摘要 由快速求平方根算法入手 ,针对其运算的过程 ,从另一个角度 ,即根据其特点提出一种新的平方运算方法 ,进一步加以改进并实现 ,并成功地应用于一些小型控制系统中。本算法使浮点多字节平方的运算的速度比单纯用乘法完成的平方运算大大提高。 In recent years, there are dramatic developments in the computer data processing ability. Those developments are in both the software and the hardware. In the aspect of the calculating methods we put forward the ways of the quick scanning multiplication and division as well as the ways of fast square root of extraction. Those methods provide many minicomputer systems with substantial data processing ability. Originally, the raise to a power methods is used in the float point square calculation. Therefore when people are trying to adopt some new methods, they usually do not consider about the methods of square calculation. In specific research, we can find one method which is not depond on multiplication to complete the square calculation rapidly. The paper is specifically concentrated on this method and its application.
