It introduced the type and location of fungal infections,the related factors of IFI,prevention and care of liver failure combined with IFI. It thought that we should carry out systematic prevention to endogenous factors and exogenous factors under existing medical technology, and summarize evaluation during implementation process, continue to modify and improve the care measures to strengthen the nursing standardized operation and to establish the appropriate detection and management system in order to reduce the IFI incidence and mortality and improve the patient ＇s quality of life.
