Summary：Drug dosing in patients with acute kidney injury who receiving continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） is complicated. Optimal drug dosing lead to effect treatment and failure to correct dose may result in either drug toxicity or treatment failure and development of antibiotic resistance. The major factors affect drug removal and principles for appropri- ate dosage adjustment during CRRT will be dicussed.
