Advances in research on highly active antiretroviral therapy-related metabolic disorders in HIV/AIDS patients

高效联合抗逆转录病毒治疗（highly active antiretroviral therapy，HAART）是目前已被证实的针对艾滋病病毒感染最有效的治疗方法，它能有效地抑制病毒复制和重建免疫功能，降低艾滋病的发病率和病死率，延长人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者和（或）获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）患者的寿命。
