席汉综合征伴肝性脑病1例

Sheehan's syndrome with hepatic encephalopathy:a case report

摘要肝性脑病为临床上常见的急危重症，为终末期肝病的表现，病死率高，多继发于肝硬化，是否与席汉综合征相关鲜有报道，我们经治了1例席汉综合征伴肝性脑病。现报道如下。
