This paper introduces the principle of the new T8 high frequency fluorescence luminaire and FULL-2WAY lighting control system. As to apply practically in the project of a training center in Tianjin, it shows that comparing with the traditional lighting system, the new lighting system has advantages on both technical and economic aspects, which makes the interior lighting design way and energy saving effects great leaping forward.
