Coal Roadway Deformation Mechanism and Its Control Method in Xiegou Coal Mine

摘要 以早期煤巷掘进过程中揭露的围岩地质资料为基础,针对在煤巷掘巷和维护期间遇到的围岩易离层、片帮问题,深入研究了早期煤巷围岩变形机理,对煤巷掘进施工工艺和联合支护形式进行了优化,并应用数值模拟对新支护方案进行了分析,最后通过工程实例验证了新支护参数的合理性,为今后煤巷联合支护提供了经验。 On the basis of the surrounding rock geological data exposed in early coal lane tunneling process,aiming at the problems of abscission layer and rib spalling during tunneling and maintenance process,the surrounding rock deformation mechanism of early coal roadway was studied deeply,the tunneling construction techniques of coal lane and combined support form were analyzed,and the new supporting program was analyzed by numerical simulation.Finally,the rationality of new support parameters were verified by project,which provided valuable experience for the future roadway combined support.
