Thinking About Safety Rights and Safety Fair

在科学发展观的指导下,从安全社会学和安全法学、安全伦理学的角度,论述了安全权利和安全公平的基本含义;分析了在安全权利保障和实现安全公平方面存在的问题,提出了保障安全权利,实现安全公平的途径。

Under the guidance of the concept of scientific development,the basic meaning of safety right and safety fair are discussed from the perspective of security sociology,security jurisprudence and safety ethics,and the problems of safety right guarantee and realizing safety fair are analyzed.Finally,the ways of protecting the safety right and achieving safety fair are put forward.
