摘要
综合考虑了液体可压缩性、泵阀运动的魏氏效应对泵筒内液体连续流条件的影响,并考虑了泵阀运动的动力特性,建立了新的泵阀精确运动微分方程,该数学模型不存在奇点问题。本文应用数值积分法建立了泵阀运动规律的仿真模型,并编写了泵阀运动的计算机仿真程序。室内台架模拟试验结果表明,本文所建立的泵运动规律的数学模型是正确的。
In the paper, the influence of the Westphal's pheonmenon of the movement of the pump valve and the compressibility of the liquid on the continuous flow condition of liquid in the cylinderbeing not only comprehensively considered, but also the dynamic property of the pump valve being reserched, a new accurate dynamic model used to describing movement of the pump valve is set up. The computerized simulation model is set up by the numerical integration method, and a computerized simulation program is developed.It is demonstrated by the tests carried out in the laboratory that the mathematical model set up in the paper is reasonable and the simulation program is of high simulating accuracy.
