摘要
利用不同配比的SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)/EP(环氧树脂)共混体系改性了PS(聚苯乙烯),研究结果表明:当SBS的加入量为15份,EP加入量为3份,DDM(4,4’二氨基二苯基甲烷)为EP质量含量的25%时能使PS的综合性能最佳,此时,改性PS的冲击强度由1.61 kJ/m2提高5.15 kJ/m2,冲击强度提高320%;拉伸强度由44.94 MPa变为46.64 MPa,略有上升。
The toughening process of PS through its blends with styrene-butadiene-styrene block eopolymers (SBS) and epoxy resin(EP) was studied. Results showed that the addition of 15 % SBS and 3 % EP to PS could make blends performance the most advantage. At this ratios, the impact strength of PS rose from 1.61 kJ/m^2 to 5. 15 kJ/m^2, the impact strength 320 % improved of tensile strength increased from 44.94 MPa to 46.64 MPa.
