摘要
炭黑粒径作为燃气用聚乙烯管材专用料的一个技术指标逐渐得到大家的关注。针对炭黑粒径的检测方法进行探讨。还对试验过程中的影响因素,如煅烧温度、试剂、超声振荡时间和温度进行了讨论,并认为当煅烧温度为600~650℃,试剂为乙醇在冰浴下振荡4 h时,炭黑的分散效果最佳。
As one of the requirements for PE pipe compound, the diameter of carbon black particle in the compound attracted the attention these years in the industry. The test method of carbon black particle diameter had been studied. Some effect factors in the test process were discussed, such as calcining temperature, reagent, ultrasonic agitation time and temperature etc. The results showed that optimal results could be obtained when calcining temperature was between 600 and 650 ℃,alcohol was used as reagent,ultrasonic agitation was carried out in the ice-bath for 4 h.
