支气管哮喘并发急性呼吸衰竭治疗分析

Bronchial asthma complicated with acute respiratory failure analysis

目的对支气管哮喘并发急性呼吸衰竭患者进行临床治疗探讨。方法选取了160例患者进行治疗分析。结果效果明显,仅有5例效果差,有效率高达96.9%。结论无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗效果显著,受到越来越多支气管哮喘并发急性呼吸衰竭患者的好评。

Objective To bronchial asthma complicated with acute respiratory failure patients by clini- cal treatment. Methods 160patients were treated with analysis. Results Obvious effect, only 5 cases of poor results, high efficiency of 96. 9%. Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NPPV） a significant treatment effect, being more and more complicated by bronchial asthma patients with acute respiratory failure.
