摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定五苓散及其人工胃液12种微量元素含量。结果发现,五苓散人工胃液浸出液中K、Na、Mn的溶出率较高,其余9种元素溶出率从4～89%不等,相差较大。
The present paper reports the determination of twelve trace elements in Wuling San and its extracts in simulated gastric fluid by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The experimental result shows that among these elements the extraction rate of K, Na and Mn is higher in extracts of Wuling San, and that of the other nine elements differs greatly from each other between 4～89%.
