丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积综合征临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of transmetil treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

目的评价丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症临床疗效。方法选择妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征(ICP)患者50例。用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸800mg/d,静脉滴注,疗程14d,观察丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗前后各指标的变化。结果经过一个疗程治疗,50例患者40例痊愈,9例有效,1例无效,丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸的临床治愈率为98%,治疗后瘙痒评分及各项实验室指标明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症治疗有良好的疗效,对母婴无副作用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transmetil treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods 50 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy （ICP） were chosen and treated with transmetil 800 mg/d, intravenous drip, for 14 days. The differences between before and after treatment were compared. Results After a period of treatment with transmetil, 40 cases recovered, 9 cases effective and 1 case invalid in 50 patients. The clinical cure rate was 98%. The itching and the various index score laborato- ry obviously lower than before treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Transmetil treating intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy has good curative effect, and no side effects to maternal and infant.
