TAT皮试结果排除假阳性的探讨

目的 TAT皮试结果出现较多假阳性患者的探讨。方法采用传统与改良后的两种不同皮试判断方法进行临床实验对照,整理和分析300例患者皮试局部反应数据,观察两组数据值有无差异。结果通过对照实验,改良后B组的阳性率明显降低,对照组阳性率较高。结论 TAT皮试判断方法应该从多方面排除假阳性的机率,提高疗效的同时,减轻患者脱敏注射的痛苦和减少TIG昂贵的药费负担。
