大环内酯类抗生素不良反应32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of macrolide antibiotic adverse reaction

目的分析探讨大环内酯类抗生素的不良反应。方法选取我院2010年5月至2011年5月使用大环内酯类抗生素病例中,产生不良反应的患者32例,进行统计分析。结果大环内酯类抗生素的不良反应主要为胃肠道反应、肝损害、过敏反应、血栓性静脉炎、耳聋等,多数不良反应可治愈,对原患者疾病无影响,个别不良反应造成较严重后果。结论大环内酯类抗生素的临床应用应当在胃肠与肝肾功能不良的患者中慎用,用药过程中高度警惕过敏反应。

Objective To study the macrolide antibiotic adverse reaction and safety of drug applica- tion. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 32 patients with macrolide antibiotic adverse reaction who were admitted in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2011. Results The incidence of all adverse reaction was as follows： gastrointestinal reaction, hepatic lesion, anaphylactic response, thrombotic phlebitis, deafness and so on. Most of the adverse reaction could be cured, A few adverse reactions caused more serious consequences. Conclusion The macrolidc antibiotic should be careful to use for the patients with poor liver function and gastrointestinal cacergasia and pay more attention to the adverse reaction.
