48例糖尿病足患者的护理体会

Nursing experience on 48 cases of patients with diabetic foot

目的回顾糖尿病足临床护理的措施及经验。方法对48例糖尿病足患者进行有效地护理措施与健康教育。结果经过治疗和精心的护理,48例糖尿病足患者中无1位患者致残及被迫截肢,保证了患者预后的生活质量。结论在临床治疗中,严密的观察和系统有效的护理措施是提高糖尿病足治愈率、降低截肢率的有效措施。

Objective To review the clinical measures and experience of patients with diabetic foot. Methods Take effective nurse and healthy education on 48 diabetic feet. Results After treatment and elabo- rate care, none of the 48 patients with diabetic foot was forced to amputated and disabled, and the quality of their prognostic life was ensured. Conclusion In clinical treatment, close observation and effective care meas- ures can improve the cure rate and reduce the amputation rate of patients with diabetic foot.
