心力衰竭患者如何应用醛固酮拮抗剂 被引量：4

摘要 近年的研究显示，在心衰的发生发展过程中，神经内分泌系统长期过度激活是慢性心力衰竭进行性恶化的重要原因，抑制交感神经系统和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统（RAAS）的过度激活是慢性心力衰竭治疗的关键，醛固酮拮抗剂是继血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）和β受体阻滞剂之后第三个能够降低心力衰竭患者病死率的药物。
