摘要
目的利用运动心肺综合功能测试研究频发室性早搏(VPC)对患儿心脏储备功能的影响。方法采用心肺运动测试系统和活动平板分别对71例频发VPC患儿和79例健康儿童进行心肺运动试验,记录两组测试者运动心肺指标,包括:最大千克摄氧量(VO_2max/kg)、最大每搏摄氧量(VO_2max/HR)、HR(不同时段)、达到无氧阈时的摄氧量(VO_2AT)、无氧阈占预计最大摄氧量的百分比(AT/VO_2max pred)等。结果频发VPC患儿组VO_2max/kg、VO_2max/HR、VO_2AT分别为(25.1±7.47)ml/(kg·min)、(8.3±1.75)ml、(15.7±3.21)ml/(kg·min),正常对照组的以上指标分别为(27.9±5.21)ml/(kg·min)、(10.1±3.37)ml、(19.2±3.73)ml/(kg·min);频发VPC患儿组运动心肺综合功能测试指标低于正常对照组,差异均有显著性:VO_2max/kg(t=2.67,P<0.01),VO_2max/HR(t=4.02,P<0.01),VO_2AT(t=10.2,P<0.01)。结论频发VPC患儿的心脏储备功能降低。
Objective To evaluate the cardiovascular reserve ability of the VPC children. Methods Cardiopulmonary exercise testing and exercise testing were performed on 71 VPC children and 79 healthy children, indexes including VO2max/kg,VO2max,HR ,VO2AT,AT/VO2max pred were recorded. Results VO2max/kg,VO2max/HR ,VO2AT in frequent VPC group were (25.1 ±7.47)ml/(kg · min) ,(8.3 ± 1.75)ml,(15.7 ±3.21)ml/(kg · min) ,Control group were ( 27.9 ± 5.21 ) ml/( kg ± min), ( 10.1 ± 3.37 ) ml, ( 19.2 ±3.73 ) m]/( kg · min) ; VO2max/kg, VO2max/HR ,AT/VO2max pred of VPC group is significantly lower than control.
