麻醉前容量预处理对食管癌手术患者的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨预扩容对食管癌根治手术患者麻醉诱导期血流动力学的影响。方法选择45例食管癌开胸手术患者,年龄39~78岁,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分对照、晶体、胶体三组。对照组麻醉前不做任何处理;晶体组于麻醉前30分钟给予乳酸钠林格液6 ml/kg;胶体组麻醉前30分钟给予6%羟乙基淀粉6 ml/kg。三组患者麻醉方式相同,术中容量管理方式相同。观察麻醉诱导期血流动力学变化及手术中循环变化。结果三组比较,维持麻醉诱导期血流动力学稳定性,扩容组优于对照组,差异有显著性;无肺水肿的发生。结论术前适量的预扩容用于食管癌手术患者,有利于麻醉诱导期和手术中的血流动力学稳定。
