摘要
文章介绍了一种可投入实用的半自动植物染色体图像核型分析系统。该软件使用植物染色体的数字化图像为处理原材料,应用数字图像处理技术测得染色体的长、短臂长度和着丝点位置,以此为依据运用模式分类技术获得最终核型并打印出数据。
An applied system that of analyzing plant chromosome image's karyotype is introduced.In this system, the digital image of plant chromosome is inputted, then using the technique of digital image processing,the length of chromosome's arms and the position of centromere are acquired.Finally,using the technique of pattern classification,the karyotype is determined,the data is stored into database and printed.
