摘要
文中结合实际开发过程，讨论了科技期刊网上发布过程中的两项关键技术：文档转换和中文全文检索技术，阐述了各项技术的难点所在，并指出了解决方案及进一步研究的方向。
The paper is based on a project which had been developed by author.It mainly discusses two key technologies in developing procedure of publishing science magazine on Web,that are converting document and Chinese full text searching. Difficulties are pointed, and resolving plans are given out. The Orientation of advanced research is also indicated.
