The author summed the practice,effects and experience of counterpart support to west area hospital through elaborating the concrete conditions of the supported hospital,and proposed the measures to develop the later support work as having correct mental attitudes,giving scientific overall arrangement and applying management methods to realize the improvement and development of the hospital.
