摘要
目的分析手术患者核对中的问题,提出对策。方法通过观察200例手术的安全核查执行情况,对各个环节进行分析,提出全面培训、提高风险意识、加强督导等一系列对策。结果手术安全核查正确执行合格率明显提高,使三方核查落到实处,防范了错误手术的发生。结论改进工作模式,及时发现问题并采取有效防范措施,使手术安全核查制度规范化执行,确保手术安全。
Objective To analyze the problems in surgery safety check.Methods The processes of 200 cases of surgery were observed,and the safety check links were analyzed.The measures were proposed as enhancing training,improving risk consciousness and check frequency.Results The eligibility rate was improved of the safety check,which will be helpful to reduce the mistakes in the surgery.Conclusion We should improve the work,find the problems and take measures in time.
