摘要
通过专科医院门诊服务的长期实践,比较几种常见预约门诊方式,分析医院预约门诊实行后的实际情况;提出优化方案,探讨适用于专科医院、更加便利患者的预约机制,以缓解医患矛盾,优化就医流程,切实解决患者看病难问题。
Based on long-term survey on the outpatient service of specialized hospital,the author compared and analyzed several common methods of appointment to learn the patients' attitudes and requirements towards the appointment service.After summarizing the actual situation,the author raised optimized scheme hoping that it could both provide patients with more convenient appointment system to ease the patient-hospital contradiction,and optimize the treatment process,to effectively solve the problems of patients when receiving medical service.
