摘要
本文从高起点谋划文职人员聘用、高标准选聘文职人员、高质量做好文职人员服务保障、高效益培养使用文职人员4个方面着手,对军医大学文职人员队伍建设进行了探讨。
In this paper,we discussed the construction of civilian team of high quality in the military medical universities from the following four aspects： the overall plan and the high standard of civilian employment,the high quality support for the civilians and the efficient cultivation and utilization of civilians.
