摘要 目的探讨急救技能"三位一体"教学法对医学生急救技能的培养效果。方法选择本校2006级34名军医本科学员,随机分为实验组(采用"三位一体"教学法)和对照组(采用传统教学法),采用实战考核与问卷调查的形式评估教学效果。结果实验组学员考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且对调查问卷中的各项目更为认可(P<0.01)。结论急救技能"三位一体"教学法能切实提高医学生的急救实践能力,可为完善急救医学教学工作提供借鉴。 Objective To investigate the effects of the cultivation of medical students' emergency skill by trinity teaching method, which integrating learning, practicing and examining emergency skills in emergency room and EICU. Method 36 military medical students in grade 2006 were randomly divided in two groups: test group with trinity method and control group with traditional teaching method. The test of skills and questionnaires were applied to assess the effects. Results The scores of the students in test group were markedly higher than those of the students in control group (P 〈 0.05 ), and the apprentices in test group were more likely to agree the trinity teaching method in questionnaires (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The trinity teaching method can effectively improve the emergency ability of medical students, and may be a new way to ameliorate the teaching method of emergency medicine.
