摘要
Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ技术的发展为远程医疗的实现提供了一条更加实际的实现途径、文章提出了基于 ＮｅｔＭｅｅｔｉｎｇＣＯＭ组件实现远程医疗与会诊系统的设计思路和实现模型，并结合ＣＯＭ组件给出了系统的实现方法。同时介绍了作者开发的远程医疗原型系统的功能和特点。
This paper introduces the concept and developing status of Tele-medicine.It analyzes the strategy of design and realization,then focuses on the principle of NetMeeting COM.Finally proposes a scheme of Telemedicine system based on Internet/Intranet using NetMeeting COM,and expatiates the implementation in the scheme.
