摘要
该文论述了作者在完成某石油管理局劳动管理信息系统过程中是如何采用与三层客户／服务器结构相适应的一些分析、设计和实现技术的，说明三层客户／服务器结构在大型ＭＩＳ中具有良好的应用前景。
When developing a large scale MIS,3-tier client/server architecture becomes the first choice of design issue. How to use analyzing, desiging and implementing technology which is suitable for 3-tier c/s architecture of the Oil Field labor information Management System is described.
