输尿管镜在尿道损伤治疗中的应用

Ureteroscopy in the Treatment of Urethral Injury

目的探讨输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的方法与安全性。方法回顾性分析2004-08～2010-10间,应用输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤患者23例的临床资料。结果 23例患者均1次会师成功,术后3～4周拔导尿管,拔管后均正常排尿。随访6～24个月,均排尿通畅,无勃起功能障碍及尿瘘、尿失禁发生。结论输尿管镜下,尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤充分利用了腔镜微创技术,操作简单,损伤小,可达到恢复尿道连续性及引流尿液的目的,符合治疗尿道损伤的原则,安全可靠。

Objective To discuss the safety and method of ureteroscopy for the treatment of urethral injury by Urethral realignment. Methods Retrospective analysis from August 2004 to October 2010,under application of ureteroscopic treatment of urethral injury urethral realignment surgery,23 cases with clinical data. Results All the 23 cases are successful,each with only one operation.3 to 4 weeks after pulling the catheter after extubation were normal urination.6 to 24 months follow-up were voiding without erectile dysfunction and urinary fistula,urinary incontinence. Conclusion Ureteroscopic treatment of urethral injury urethral realignment takes full advantage of minimally invasive endoscopic techniques,simple operation,damage,restore urethral continuity,it can be achieved and the purpose of draining urine,in line with the principles of treatment of urethral injury,safe and reliable.
