SLIPA^(TM)通气道在全身麻醉中插入成功率和有效性的研究

The Success Rate and Effectiveness of SLIPA^(TM) Airway in General Anesthesia

目的 SLIPATM是一种新型的一次性使用的喉上通气道,没有套囊,能减少误吸风险。本研究旨在评估SLIPATM在择期乳腺癌手术病人的插入成功率和有效性。方法 60例病人随机分成两组,A组20例病人由研究者亲自插管,B组40例病人由不同经验的麻醉师插管。所有病人使用相同的麻醉药物。有食管胃反流危险因素的病人被排除。评估应用的通气情况、容易程度、插管成功率及副作用。结果 A组开始通气的平均时间20.4 s(范围12.9～109 s);B组24.8 s(范围8.2～82.5 s)。A组总的成功率100%,B组92.5%。B组记录最低SPO2为91%。咽痛的发生率:评分>3(0～10分)分,A组23%;B组7%。作者认为,B组应用SLIPA非常容易,占16%,容易76%,困难5%,非常困难3%。结论 SLIPATM无论自主还是辅助呼吸,均能保证有效的通气。大多数使用者认为,容易或非常容易使用。

Objective SLIPATM is a new type of single-use laryngeal airway.It does not have a cuff which can reduce the risk for aspiration.This study aims to assess the success rate and effectiveness of SLIPATM in elective breast cancer surgery.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,group A： 20 patients by researchers intubation,Group B： 40 patients intubated by anesthetists of different experience.All patients using the same narcotic drugs.Patients with esophageal reflux risk factors are excluded.To assess the application of ventilation,facility of intubation,success rate and side effects.Results In group A,average ventilation time was 20.4 seconds（range 12.9~109）;In Group B,24.8 seconds（range 8.2~82.5）.Group A total success rate of 100%,92.5% in Group B.The group B recorded the lowest SPO2 91%.Sore throat incidence： score3（0~10 points） group A of 23%,Group B 7%.Group B application SLIPA very easily accounted for 16% easy 76%,5% difficult,very difficult to 3%.Conclusion Whether independent or assisted breathing,SLIPATM can ensure effective ventilation.Most users considered easy or very easy to use.
