卤米松乳膏联合复方白芷酊治疗寻常型白癜风疗效观察

Observation on Halometasone Cream Combined with Compound Angelica Tincture in the Treatment of Vitiligo Vulgaris

目的探讨复方白芷酊联合卤米松乳膏及NB-UVB治疗白癜风临床疗效。方法将64例寻常型白癜风分为两组:治疗组33例,自制复方白芷酊每日上午外擦,卤米松乳膏每天晚上外擦,NB-UVB隔日1次照射;对照组31例,采用8-MOP,每日上午外擦,每晚外擦卤米松乳膏,NB-UVB隔日1次照射。结果治疗组有效率76.79%,对照组有效率64.52%。经χ2检验,P﹤0.05。结论复方白芷酊联合卤米松乳膏及NB-UVB治疗寻常型白癜风,安全有效。

Objective To investigate compound angelica tincture combined with Halometasone cream and NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods 64 cases of unusual vitiligo is divided into two groups,treatment group of 33 cases,the self-made compound angelica tincture for external use every morning,Halometasone cream every night use,NB-UVB every other day irradiation.Control group of 31 cases,the use of 8-MOP every morning for external use,Halometasone cream per night applied,NB-UVB every other day irradiation.Results The efficiency of treatment group was 76.79%,control group was 64.52%（χ2 test,P0.05）.Conclusion Compound angelica tincture combined with Halometasone cream and NB-UVB might be safe and effective in the treatment of vitiligo vulgaris.
