摘要
对板式过滤器系统构成、工作原理进行了简单的介绍，针对成都铝厂板式过滤器采用ＰＬＣ进行了设计。该程序设计具有通用性强、工作可靠，可根据用户生产工艺要求修改控制程序和在线修改某工步的时间参数等特点。该电控系统通过实际运行，获得了良好的经济效益。
This paper brief introduces the principle and components of the plate-filter system,lt takes PLC controller to carry out the system designs for the plate-filter of the chengdu aluminum plant. The program design has the characteristics such as common use, strong reliability, revising control programs requirements of the users. The control system achieves better economic benefit by aperating in reality.
