摘要
目的评价舒芬太尼与芬太尼应用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的麻醉效果及对术后苏醒恢复的影响。方法将60例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的患者,随机分为舒芬太尼组(SF组,n=30)和芬太尼组(F组,n=30)。观察麻醉期间患者血流动力学指标的变化,记录术后患者气管拔管时间。结果围术期SF组血流动力学较F组稳定,术后气管拔管时间SF组较F组明显提前。结论舒芬太尼用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的麻醉循环稳定,苏醒恢复迅速平稳。
Objective Evaluation of sufentanil and fentanyl used in laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthetic effect and postoperative recovery recovery. Methods 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, were randomly di- vided into the sufentanil group （ SF group, rt = 30） and the fentanyl group （group F, n = 30）. To observe the he- modynamie changes and postoperative tracheal extubation time. Results Perioperative hemodynamic stability of the SF group than the F group. Postoperative tracheal extubation time in SF group was significantly better than the F group. Conclusion Sufentanil have stable circulation and wake up quickly and smoothly during laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia stable circulation, wake up to resume quickly and smoothly.
